Frankly Speaking – Does SA have a Mental Illness Problem?

Hi Frank thank you talking about this. We have such a long way to go in SA…my mom suffered from Schitzophrenia most of her life. 16 years ago my family and I made a decision for her to return to her home country in The Netherlands. My mom was neglected in a state facility in SA where the hospital ran out of budget to feed their patients. The experience changed my life, hence I have chosen a career in politics to try and bring justice.
